Does anyone know of a free tool that monitors services. I want to monitor services such as the IIS Admin, SMTP etc.

Also is there a monitor that will alert you when the print queue get backed up?

I believe that Servers Alive will allow you to do that. You can use it free for an unlimited time, but can only monitor up to 10 servers/services (total). In order to do more than 10, you have to purchase the product. It's a nice product, and allows alerting as well. (No, I don't work for them, just like the product).
