We have a website that is hosted by an outside company and when we try to reach this website from inside our network we can not by the name but we can by the IP address. What do I need to change on my DNS server in order to be able to reach the website internally by name. The website is the same name as our domain and I can reach this website by name with no problems from outside of our network.

Your clients I assume from your description have your AD DNS as their primary DNS server.
Check your DNS forward lookup zone for any entires which say www. If there are any remove them. Now create a host record called point it to the ip address of your web server.
Now if someone internally types in your company's website name in a typical your dns will point them to your web server's ip.

Note that the above will only work if your website is hosted on a server where the IP address belongs to you exclusively. If your website is hosted on a shared server it will not work and your options are genrally to rename your DNS domain (can be done with Windows 2003 only) or to move to a dedicated web server.
