Hi,

Can any one give me the benefits to upgrading the NiceLog DDS3 to XP Pro?

Also, can any one provide notes on how to change backup to SAN.

None of the NICE software requires XP loggers use NT/2000 and CLS uses NT/2000/2003 server. Are you looking to upgrade the workstation software to XP if so you will need a minimum of 8.8 but there are no great advantages to this over 8.5.

Archiving to a SAN is only possible with storage centre software which is installed on a server and will have to be purchased

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?
