When I click on the netzero zero icon, a message appear that state that netzero is running, and you must exit before you could start again. But while the computer is loading up a this message pops up Javai.dll file is missing.

Use the F3 Key (find utility) to open find and search for your missing file (Javai.dll).  The vendor of netzero should be able to tell where to get a new one and which folder it must be in.  Try E-mailing them.

Searching the web for the filename may turn up a copy.  Look in the vendor's install software for the file.

Keep it simple: Uninstall the netzero software from the control panel/add remove software.  Then reboot.  Then reinstall.  Problem should disappear.
