Increasing number of concurrent workitems...

We're using EDM 4.2.1.4. I notice that on some of my clients there are only two workitems backing up at a time. Heck if I can find the option to increase the number of concurrent allowable workitems. Anybody?

Also, does anybody know of good web sites for EDM info?

I don't know EDM 4.2 because we have EDM 4.6. In This version is possible choose how many workitems you want to run concurently.
On GUI click in 'Configure backup details' and click on your client you can to change.
There is a option 'Limit max. concurrent backups' where you can choose how many workitems you want to run concurrently.
After that click 'Save' and 'Close'.
