HTML E-Mails don't display HTML!

I have an Exchange 5.5 server and am using Outlook 97 as my client.

Whenever I am sent an E-Mail with html script in it, the E-Mail doesn't display the html page as it should. Instead, it just shows all the html code. Is there a setting that needs to be switched on at the server or is it a client issue? I can configure Outlook Express 5.5 to retrieve my mail from my home ISP, and that displays everything perfectly.

Any help would be excellent.
