Ok here is the deal I have 2 forms and Invoice form and Estimate form. I am trying to convert the estimate to Invoice the problem I am having is I have a Sub Form on the estimate form that reads from another table and I cant get the information from that sub from to copy over to the invoice any Ideas would greatly apprecated. thanks in advance.

I am assuming the subform is a detail record?

What you need to do is get the parent key to the records in the subform and then write a small script to search the other table for those keys and then copy them to the invoice table.

Please let me know if this helps or if this is not what you are trying to do.
