When my users send an email from 123@abc.com to 123@cba.com the emails get through fine to the cba domain. The problem is that there are about 5 specific users who send an email to cba.com and get an undeliverable reply. Why is it that most of my users can send email to cba.com but about 5 can not?
This is the message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:


123@cba.com on 4/21/2004 6:57 AM

The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message


Any help is much appreciated.
