Recipient unavailable to take delivery of Message

When my users send an email from to the emails get through fine to the cba domain. The problem is that there are about 5 specific users who send an email to and get an undeliverable reply. Why is it that most of my users can send email to but about 5 can not?
This is the message:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached: on 4/21/2004 6:57 AM

The recipient was unavailable to take delivery of the message

Any help is much appreciated.
