Starting iPlanet Server through batch file

Hi,

My team is currently running iPlanet Webserver with a verisign certificate. During reboots we need to restart the webserver using the internal password. Is there a way to start the server automatically upon reboot? Thanks.

Its not a secure method, but you could try

echo <passwd>|/path/to/start/script

You must create a file in your https-<YOURSERVER>/config directory named password.conf containing this line:

internal:<your_password>

Be sure to keep this directory/file well protected.
