Need rubber belt for Seagate Backup Drive STT38000A

I just purchased a refurbished Seagate BU Drive M/N STT38000A as above from CompuView Microsystems, Inc. about 65 days ago to replace the one I had for 4-1/2 years, but the drive belt keeps slipping off the spool every 15 days. Because 60 days have elapsed, its out of warranty. Seagate no longer makes that drive and and does not carry a replacement belt and I have no idea whether Compuview can help, because they place you on hold and never come back. Can anyone suggest a company that might stock them?
