We wrote a service that displays some information from our database. When I display the inital page on the screen with the "CiscoIPPhoneMenu" XML object, the <Prompt> tag doesn't display on my 7960. It displays on all the other 7960s and 7940s in our company, just not my phone. All the other fields of the service work fine!!!

This has happened a few times before and it seems to come back after a while, but I can't figure out why it happens. Resetting the phone doesn't help.

Any ideas?
