Yours is not a simple question. I would recommend getting a vendor with Cisco certs in to do this for you. ESPECIALLY if you want Active Directory integration.

or just create a IP Phone service pointing to:

http://<callmanager ip address>/CCMCIP/xmldirectory.asp

Only works on 7940/60 and 7912 phones though
This is coming from the internal dbase of the callmanager. if you want an other, personalized company special one send an email to info@cips.nl, they will be able to assist you.
