Does anybody have any experience configuring jukeboxes on Unix based Commvault machines?

We have in a lab enviroment, what do you need to know?

Also I assume your a new user of the product, Can't Commvault support help you out......

Actually the product is Vault 98. Basically the software seems to have trouble talking to the driver or the driver is having trouble talking to the hardware. I can provide errors if needed but was interested moreso in whether or not anybody has any experience with this legacy system.

It's unknow it me, we are looking at there current backup and restore QiNetix product.....

We used to run Vault 98 with a Sun ultra 10 with an old HP surestore optical jukebox, it worked good.
But when Vault 98 lost it's support we got rid of it.

I supose you can contact Commvault for it i recon they will advise you to upgrade to the latest Qinetix product.
