Hi,

I have initialised the SoapClient, I'm trying to invoke a method, I get the following error:

Connector:Connection failed or server refused connection (request might exceed MaxPostSize).HRESULT=0x800A151E - Client:An unanticipated error occurred during the processing of this request. HRESULT=0x800A151E - Client:Sending the Soap message failed or no recognizable response was received HRESULT=0x800A151E - Client:Unspecified client error. HRESULT=0x800A151E

I've tried increasing the MaxPostSize in the registry on the client machine, I even tried decreasing it. it just doesnt work. does anyone have an idea why exactly this error occurs? It it an error on the client or is this got to do with the server?

also whats the solution.

are you using proxy server to invoke the webservice with SSL? then you are in trouble....

Hi and thanks for the reply,

Setting the ConnectorProperty("UseProxy") to true has solved my problem. However UseProxy is a valid connector property only for Soap Tookit 2.0, for 3.0 we need to use
properties

"ProxyServer" and "ProxyPort" and set the appropriate values for these.
