Hi,

Does anybody have notes on how to configure a Atlas 550? Specifically, breaking channels 1-16 for data and 17-24 for voice/pri.

I have a Atlas 550 with 2 T1/PRI cards at two locations. I must say the IP traffic is worked flawlessly but the voice/PRI traffic is not working unless the PBX is the problem.

I used dedicated maps for 1-16 data and user plans for 17-24 voice/pri.

I was told dedicated maps for both data and voice/pri could be used but it seemed user plans allowed more details of the ISDN PRI configuration.

Thanks for your time!
