Somebody knows why the program "tscom3.exe" running in report server can provocate a colapsed of server ?

Ths program was running and use 99% of server resources.

The inmediate solution was kill the taks and restart WebFocus Server and the aplication can back to the normal situation.

Tks.

tscom3.exe is the program that handles an individual user 'agent' or session.  If you were getting dinged with 99% CPU, it must have been the FOCUS process being run by the user that started that agent.  Its not tscom3.exe that was in the loop - it was probably a focexec that was processing inefficiently - or caught in a loop itself.
