What does LOB stand for?

I'm trying to complete an RFP for a data warehouse contract and am struggling with some of the terminology. Systems involved include Upstream, Symposium and IBM IVR. Here is and example of where LOB is used.

Example:
h. Ability to calculate average speed of answer, by LOB and skill set

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
