How do I start Zope when the computer boots?

I have a process in the init.d directory but it won't start Zope. I have to have root priveleges to start Zope otherwise the script fails. There is the file about setuid but it makes little sense to me. Can someone explain it to me? (not setuid, although that would be fine but how to get Zope to start as a service.) I'm running redhat 8.
