Hi,

I need a fairly inexpensive solution to be able to offer the following options, or something similar for incoming calls on 1 line:

Press 1 to leave a message for person A
Press 2 to leave a message for person B
Press 3 to leave a message for person C
Press 4 to leave a message for person D
Press 5 to listen to information about product X.
Press 6 to speak to somone.

Other options I am considering , though less important and could omitted if the price increased too much are:
1) 2 lines
2)Ability of system to page somone on a pager or mobile phone to alert them that they have a message.
3)Abilty to forward calls from each mailbox option to another phone number, such as a home phone or mobile phone.
4)2 handsets
5)Cordless phones would be better

Any suggestions what equipment I should get to do this?

Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks

Your first solution is a TYPE 33 Caller's Menu & Mailbox that will allow you to direct callers to either amilbox's or extentions.
