Print to mailing labels in Excel?

Is it possible to print names and addresses in Excel in a mailing label format?
I know I can merge it with Word. Or even import it in Access but can Excel generate a mail label format by itself?

TIA

To the best of my knowledge you will need to use Word or Access. Excel isn't really designed for that kind of output.

Generally, MS is assuming if you have Excel you at least also have Word. The push with all office suites (not just MS Office) is to treat each application as a "module" of one program (The suite itself.)

Try checking the properties in your display settings, under the advanced button and increase/decrease the refresh rate.
