x app closes unexpectedly

I am running Exceed 8.0 on WinNT and connecting to a Solaris machine. When using an X-application, it unexpectedly closes and I then have to restart it. Also the "U" key does not seem to work in X-apps although it does in xconfig.

If anyone has had experience with any of these problems, any help will be appreciated.

Hello all,

I sorted out the problem with the "U" key. It seems that another window was disabling it. Once I close that window the key works fine.
