My win2k machine will reboot itself right in the middle of a print request, and sometimes while using Excel. The following is a direct copy of the error that is in the log:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck was: 0x0000007f (0x00000008, 0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000), Microsoft Windows 2000 (v15.2195). A dump was saved in C:\WINNT\Minidump\Mini040403-01.dmp.
Anyone know what could be causing this. Recently, our IT guy installed Norton Systemworks on this PC, and now I seem to be having problems with a few programs that I did not have before. Cannot disable Norton, as this is the company's PC. Have tried, and they just re-enabled. Microsoft's site is of no help either. Any guesses?
