dbx file extensions

Following work done on my PC I seem to have 'lost' my Outlook Express files and folders. I understand that they are saved as .dbx files. I have located them on my 'C' drive but am unable to open them as "Windows needs to know what program created them". How do I locate this program and where do I download it to?
