I have Calling Party Transform Mask

AdmanOK (MIS)

I have Calling Party Transform Mask set up in CallManager on the route list for my outgoing trunk to set it as the main number for my office as I have two DID ranges coming in with different office codes. Is there some way that I can override this for specific lines? I see that I can select "Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask", but this only seems to work if there is nothing in the box below it. I don't really want to have to go edit every line appearance to set the external mask. Any suggestions?

AdmanOK:

To allow different DN's to send different ANI out to the PSTN the best way to do it is check the box use External mask and change the special cases.

You do not have to change all the lines by hand just the ones that you don't wnat to send the main number.  All the others use BAT to update the lines to all phones that change the special cases.

I guess I must be missing something. 99% of my devices have nothing in their external phone number mask field. There are a half dozen devices that do have something in this field. On my route list configuration I have selected 'On' for 'Use Calling Party's External Phone Number Mask' but also have my main number in the 'Calling Party Transform Mask'. Even when I call from a DN that has a external mask set the ANI that is sent is still the main number. Should this configuration work?

Yes, that does work you were asking how you would override specific lines and the answer is to put the desired ANI on all lines, and that BAT would allow you to touch most of your phones quickly.

Digging back up an old thread... Does anyone know how to change the External Phone Number Mask through BAT? I can't seen an option for it.

If you are adding lines through BAT, then you can set a value for the field.  For *updating* lines, this value is not available.  Kind of a bummer deal, I know...so, you could do a delete, and then add back, but that may bring other issues to the table that may not be palatable for you.
