Got the following errors on the display at different times, first one was the initial error, second was after opening and closing the door and the third was after a power cycle.  Need any assitance on resolving these issues.

INOP = FSC #3090
MECH = THETA

Next...

INOP = FSC #3109
MECH = NONE

Next...

INOP = FSC #308E
MECH = Z

        ERR_SRV_MECH_DROPPED_OUT_OF_STOPLOCK,
        The mechanism has fallen outside the allowable stoplock range
        Refer to specific FRU callouts for mechanism indicated.
        If this error is encountered at the end of a <put> operation, also
        check for a loose or mispositioned target on the device used in the
        previous <get> operation.
        If this error occurred on a move then check belt tightness of
        mechanisms.
