Stack trace

(OP)
While I try to bind a list with a Combobox and execute I get the following error message "Stack trace is disabled. Set JAVA_COMPCMD=STA(CKTRACE) to enable"

I would like to know where to go to fix this.....

Thank you

RE: Stack trace

This is an environment variable.  How you change it depends on which version of Windows you have.  On NT you go into Control Panel -> System -> advanced.

You're looking for the setting
        SET JAVA_COMPCMD=sta;disable
or
        SET JAVA_COMPCMD=stacktrace;disable

which you want to change to

        SET JAVA_COMPCMD=stacktrace

However, this isn't going to fix your problem.   You're getting a runtime exception and I suspect this is just going to allow VC to include a stack trace with the exception...
