Calling NAME on PRI

I recently upgraded a customer to R3.1(30) IP406 expecting to receive calling NAME display from the PRI. While I am receiving NUMBER, the NAME does not display on the 44xx sets. I've verified with Bellsouth that NAME is being delivered via test equipment onsite. Bellsouth provides the service via 5ESS. The PRI is set to NI2.

Any Suggestions????
