Hello,
well I built myself a table and some legs. Trouble is, I don't know how to attach the legs to the upper part of the table. As there are no convenient vertices to which I can weld, is there another method of joining the objects?

thanks in advance,
Kris M

Kris,
To join multiple polygon objects into one objects, you have to boolean them together.

Go into the create panel, and in the drop down menu (where you choose Standard Primitives, Extended Primitives, etc...)choose Compound Objects.

Then select one of the objects and click on the "Pick Operand B" button, and select the other object. Make sure that the combination method is set to union.

Once they are combined, it will create vertices where it is needed. Also, if you want to convert it to an Editable Mesh, unless you still want to be able to modify the objects seperately.

Hope this helps.
