I work for a large HealthCare enterprise. We have a sametime server setup, but our Notes developers haven't turned it on yet...not sure why.  I am an IT Director and want to use K-Station with Sametime for expanded support capabilities. Going to Notes 6 soon.  Any advice about the pros and cons of implementing Sametime?  Any success stories?

Can't help you with the K-station, but I can tell you that we are loving Sametime!  We've only had it since July 2002, but I've never seen a new rollout of any software be so universally accepted.  Even our normal low-tech grumblers have warmed up to it.  I work in a wholesale industry, so what we've been told about the future of the 3.0 version (can tie into several other instant messengers) will revolutionize our sales staff's ability to stay in touch with our dealers and suppliers.
We're currently on vers.2.5 and only using the chat functions.  We're waiting for 3.0 to arrive on our doorstep before integrating the meeting functions.  We have encountered some problems (one of which I'll post in a moment) but with the exception of that one, they were all easily fixed.
