Hi
ok i will give this a shot
CTD..checks the digits dialled, this only applies when a PSTN route is chosen as an alternative to a private network call
Semi Restricted, allows outgoing external calls via the attendant console only, will recieve extnal calls
FRE,, full restricted no exchange line access, access to tie lines, but can have external calls transfered to them from another user
FR1,, Same as FRE but calls using exchange lines cannot be transfered  to them
FR2,, internal calls only
TLD,, allows outgoing calls to certain destinations only the switch monitors the digits that are dialled and checks if the call is to be allowed
UNR,, tottally unrestricted, can dial anywhere

I hope this helps you
