Where can I modify the number of rings for secondary coverage, and for transfer to voicemail?  I have a customer service extention which 2 people have primary coverage of, 5 other people have secondary, and then goes to voicemail.  Currently it rings 3 times befor eit goes to secondary, then 4 to voicemail.  Is this configurable?  Where would I change this behavior?

Most of this stuff is under Extensions. Try looking under Extensions-->Cover Delay-->Group. From there you can enter in the extension and the number of rings you'd like the cover delay to observe. Hope this helps steer you in the right direction!

To clarify this, you get to these programming options using WinSPM or directly at the operator console...
