i am supposed to get some old AXXESS equip, but the CPU is broken. A water pipe burst and the chips are fried, so i am told. can these be fixed? and if so, how much would it cost? i am going to take an inventory this week.

Any water damage will almost be impossible to fix. You will need to replace the CPU.
