This is my first time using managewise. I have the console loaded on my W/S and Client32 on the user W/S. The user is part of the managewise grp. I can also see that the W/S is doing an inventory when logging in. However, when I try to access the user's W/S I receive a message telling me that the user agent is not responding or is not loaded. What am I forgeting?

Thanks!!!

By default there is a user agent that must be installed in order to do the remote control.  The managewise login script is suppose to push this out.  Keep in mind that the R/C features of managewise are not as nice as the Zen R/C.  You will have to do some work to figure out the quirks and what does and what does not work.  The R/C function in Managewise is very limited and may not give you the control you want.  I have tested it and decided that it was not worth implementing in an environment with 1000 users.  I have switched my focus to ZEN instead which offers the greatest flexibility and scalability.

Hope this helps...
