Using Export Statement with delimiter ","

I have been trying to output a csv file using the export command with delimiter ",".
However I encountered a restriction whereby the prefix zero value is truncated.
For example a value "0006577" turn out to be "6577".
Any kind soul out there able to provide some help.

I wouldn't use the export.  I use PUT stream UNFORMATTED.  Also, I've found it better not to use commas as separators.  Sometimes there are commas in strings that you are outputting, and it throws things off.  I usually use a |.
