Greek Access in English server. How? Without regional settings

Greek Access in English server. How? Without regional settings

I have made a website in greek and placed it in a English shared web server (Win 2000)
I have made a databse in English and Greek language. Localy it works fine but when I upload it I get english correct and GREEK like that: "?????????????".
I know it is regional settings on the server but because it is shared...Can I program something in ASP or in database to stop this problem without changing the servers regional setings????

Please help
