VB Code in SQL table?

I haven't use VB.NET

Can we put some VB code
(e.g. HandheldID = Trim$(mudtReceiveProps.HandheldID)
into a field in SQL Database
(e.g. HandheldID = ""
into same field, but another record in SQL Database

And later, depend on different situation, I search different records. And then, retrieve such field and run this code in VB.NET, is it possible?

Or, is it possible in VB5, 6?

Yes, it is possible. You'll need to define (in design view) the field as a varchar. Plus make sure you set the field length long enough for the longest string you might hold.
