Hi!!

I have a problem on this translation toolkit. I'm currently developing this chinese version of the system that my company is developing.

To make the process of changing the english version to chinese, is there any other easier way to change them. I wonder if there is any auto conversion of the word for the same english word found in the documents?

The steps that I used are as follows:
1) Extract all the phrase using Translation toolkit.
2) Do the conversion
3) Save the data into dictionary(*.dic) file
4) Open the file in Power Builder 6.5
5) Save the file as in Excel.

I realised my steps are very confusing, ans will like to seek your advice, especially on the issue of auto-converting of words based on previous conversion.
