Anyone have experience removing bios password on this unit?

Unfortunately you will have to reset the bios on that system. You probably don't want to play with this, but here's the work around. Since you have lost the passwd, you probably don't have the correct settings for the bios as is. If you did, all you would have to do is move the jumper on the m-board to reset the bios. If all else fails, remove the batt backup on the system. DO NOT DO this unless you have your bios settings. Otherwise, do some searches on the net or call your local cpq dealer.
