Where in the world do Tek-Tips members come from?

We have remote users who acccess our system via Citrix (and newlook).  However, they need to be able to access their printouts at their location.

I think I have to setup a shared printer session on the Citrix server, but was wondering if anyone could give me any tips on doing this.

Thanks.

Hi,

You must enable the user's local printer to be mapped by Citrix. You can do so by going to User Manager for Domains (NT 4 TSE) and select Config from user properties and check the Connect client printers at logon box. Have the user login, then to to printers and add a printer. Make sure its network server printer then select the client from the list and select the printer. make sure you have the driver disk for it. hope this helps.
