EZLynx compatibility

EZLynx compatibility

EZLynx compatibility

Has anyone used a EZLynx with an IP Office 9.1 software. My client is an insurance agent and is changing out their management system to EZLynx, which says they offer Intergration with VOIP systems. However they do not support Avaya IP Office. From the description I do not believe it will work, they say "Any phone system that can open a URL with a custom search phrase can integrate". Never having to connect to a management system before I am clueless as to where to go from here. Any help would be appreciated.

RE: EZLynx compatibility

First of all calling it integration with VoIP systems is just stupid, as it sounds you can basically open a URL with a customer number and it will show the correct page.
Sure it can be used with phone systems, but it's not them being integrated, it's the phone system being able to open a URL.

You can solve this with client software that integrate with the phone system, Xima Agent Dashboard can do it, IPOCC can do it and I'm guessing UC+ can do it (maybe someone using it can verify) just to name a few.

RE: EZLynx compatibility

Thanks Janni78 we do not do IPOCC and i have never seen it in action so i was not aware it could, also most of our clients dont use UC on their systems and the ones that do only for the mobile app but i did not realize the One X Portal does support screen pops when a call is received. Now you have me thinking that this just may work, need to do some testing i think.

RE: EZLynx compatibility

UC+ is a 3rd party application =)
