OfficeServ 7200 Ring duration

Hi folks,
I have a system set up where during the night mode, a caller can leave a voicemail for the front desk staff. But it takes 7 rings before it goes to voicemail. I can't figure out where in the system I can shorten the number of rings.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.

RE: OfficeServ 7200 Ring duration

Does the incoming call go directly to the extension or to a group?. If it is to an extension, then it is the no answer timer in mmc 502, if it is a group, it will be the overflow timer in mmc 601.

RE: OfficeServ 7200 Ring duration

It is in a group.
Thank you kindly.
