IPO Alaram Error

IPO Alaram Error

Hello ...

IPO send this alert ever minute (Alarm Clear: Memory utilization normal.), why this error and how to solve it ?

RE: IPO Alaram Error

Had this issue twice before

One was that there was a lot of unused voicemail boxes storing up voice messages had to go through the system and delete them.

Second had this issue on there was no explanation as to why i was having the issue so i upgraded to the latest release at the time which solved the issue (9.1.6).

RE: IPO Alaram Error

Thanks ... even if the customer have voice mail pro .

RE: IPO Alaram Error

What is the setup that you have?
How often does the alarm occur?
What diagnostics have you gone through to try clear the error?

its a bit hard to guess they have VMP if you never mentioned it.

The issue i had with this alarm with the unused mailboxes was on embedded not VMP as an FYI

RE: IPO Alaram Error

1. AVAYA IPO 9.1.10 ... Voicemail Pro ...
ContactStore ... One-X Portal.
2. Weeks ago ... more than 140 times
3. Check the Embbeded file Managemet...normal. memory size, check the ipo back cpu and as card light green ... normal, restart ipo .

Nothing the alarm still exists
