IVR return to the TOP menu error

IVR return to the TOP menu error

(OP)
Hi all,

I have configure Call Flow in IPOCC with main menu and DTMF choises, then the call goes to the second Call-Flow with another DTMF menu and other choices, all works good excpet one choice in the second menu asking caller to press 0 if you want to retunr back to the Top menu but the call goes disconnected.

I check on the IVR logs of IPOCC and found this error: 9103

any idea ??

Thank you

Please find the IVR I have build for return to menu

RE: IVR return to the TOP menu error

It should work although your lines are horrible =)

The attribute for Callerinfo should be "Caller's Number", but I send them through a Drop before the End if it goes to E.

In IVR log after the 9103 error your should get another error code as it goes through the Callerinfo element.
