French cuisine and Indian cuisine: Vade retro!
These two kitchens, although Max trim 365 they are delicious in taste, are at odds with a healthy diet . Some of the more caloric dishes you can find are in French cuisine and Indian cuisine.

In the first one is usually cooked with butter, instead of olive oil. If you remove the butter, cream, sauces, meat and fish cakes made from puff pastry, cooked and fried fatty meats, you eliminate the essence and flavor of your meals from the French and Indian dishes.
