I've got a customer that is migrating from their Grandstream Voip to a new Avaya IP Office. They have a custom message on hold wav file that I need to access and save to my PC or thumb drive so that I can load to their new digital MOH device. Is there anyone familiar with how this is done. I know that I have to log in to the web interface to access the MOH menu but I am unfamiliar with the procedure to do this. Thanks in advance.
