Panasonic NS700 admin password

Panasonic NS700 admin password

Hi All,
We've started to support a client's NS700. The company who installed it no longer exist and didn't hand over the passwords. Is there a way round the INSTALLER level password that is set? It is not the default. I don't really want to default the system either!!

RE: Panasonic NS700 admin password

You need the offline Web Maintenance console and read-off the config file from the KX-NS700 from the SD Card

Never installed KX-NS700 hope it has SD card too.

RE: Panasonic NS700 admin password

Thanks, that's the trick I'd have used on the older Panasonics but this doesn't have an SD card. There is a slot for one inside but that is for the Voicemail.

RE: Panasonic NS700 admin password

Only a Panasonic vendor can help to reset the password, you need to fill a form which has a part for the customer too.
Then Panasonic will remotely reset the passwords to default.
