Supervisor License

Supervisor License

(OP)
Hello ...

I have the following License Order:

383572 IP OFFICE R10 IPOCC SUPERVISOR LIC:DS 1

383573 IP OFFICE R10 IPOCC VOICE AGENT LIC:DS 8

This means that I have 8 Agents an 1 Supervisor.

My Question, is this mean that I can configure 9 Agents and one of them I can check it for Supervisor. or it's 8 Agents and one of them can be supervisor ?

Thanks

RE: Supervisor License

you can create any number of agents as you want the number of licenses here is refering to concurrent agents that can log in the same time, and yes you can configure the supervisor to work as an agent

I've tested this yesterday =)

If you buy a Supervisor license you will also get a voice agent and multimedia.
So if you buy 8 agent and 1 supervisor license you will actually get 9 agent licenses.
