add micros e7 V 2.7.41.0

add micros e7 V 2.7.41.0

(OP)
Hi all,
I just purchased a new PC with windows 10 on it. I would like to add my Micros e7 version 2.7.41.0 on to it. I was able to successfully add my version of Micros to a windows 7 pc.

When I tried to load my e7 on to my windows 10 pc the .exe file will not work. It says "POSMAIN has stopped working". So I downloaded a e7 off the internet that I found on a forum, it looks different, but when I added the Micros to the windows 10 pc it added everything, but it was not able to communicate with my work stations. It asks me for some credit card thing, which I am not sure what it said, because I uninstalled it, because it didn't work. I have thought about making a VMware Workstation, and load windows xp on it, so I can add Micros on it, and run it from there.

Before I do that, I wanted to see if I could get some opinions, or see if anyone knows what I did wrong, or if anyone has successfully added Micros e7 version 2.7.41.0 to a windows 10 pc

Thanks
