VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

(OP)
System Info:
4 - IPO's 500v2 @ 7.0(36) in an SCN.
VM Pro on Windows Server 2008R2 (Centralised VM).

I wish the systems were at least 9.1 however the issue at hand is recently we have lost hunt group mailbox lamping for new messages across the SCN. The remote site users given mailbox access (H495)can see the mailbox using visual voice, they can check the mailbox and listen to the messages. New lamping will not occur. Plenty of VM ports available. This may boil down to an IPOSS but trying to avoid it if possible.

Thank very much ~Mark

RE: VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

This is a known bug on those older releases across an scn, the only fix is to upgrade the IP Office and voicemail pro

RE: VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

you can try using Hgroup name instead of the number.

RE: VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

won't help at all as it's a known bug

Thanks for your input joe2938 and also kwing112000. I have actually tried the Hgroup name which didn't work. I'll have to talk these guys into 9.1 or 10.

RE: VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

We had the exact same issue and the upgrade did resolve the issue

RE: VM Pro Hunt Group Mailbox Lamping

You can also upgrade the vmpro to 9.1 and see if that solves your issue.
You can leave the system on 7.0 even if it is not a supported solution.
