So I have a client that is having an issue dialing two Local Numbers from the IPO. When they attempt to make the outbound call, the 9508 displays "Incompatible". The call works fine from their cell phone.
I decided to watch SSA as they make the call again and I am seeing "!Invalid Ref" as the Destination.
What is even stranger is that I am seeing it all over SSA. I have never seen this error before. Thoughts?
